The Programme
What every cohort experiences
12 months
An immersive yearly programme with three structured phases: design, fieldwork, translation.
Mentored research
Each fellow is paired with a CIR-Lab faculty mentor and an external co-supervisor.
Funded output
Modest seed funding to support fieldwork, ethics review and dissemination of findings.
Published deliverable
Every cohort closes with a peer-reviewed article, policy brief or working paper.
